We encode files to streaming formats from .mov or .mp4 files (up to 1080 resolution and under 20 GB). Images can be .jpg or .png with a minimum width of 300px.
Yes, signing a Digital License Agreement is required before any films or videos can be uploaded to our platform. Please make sure all digital rights are cleared before publishing content on Cinenso.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept films by post on portable hard drives. You can sync all your content to a shared folder using a Business Professional account on Dropbox. You can visit Dropbox.com to review plans and tutorials (don’t worry, it’s safe and incredibly convenient).
You will need to set up a Stripe account . We can only serve companies located within the supported countries: USA, Canada, EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand. During the onboarding process, you’ll be able to create a Stripe Express account and receive payments there.
Yes! That’s part of the beauty of Cinenso. Please keep in mind you will need a broadcasting application that has an RTMP output. The only free option is the open source project OBS. You may choose any web-based tool including Zoom Webinar, Golightstream, etc. Our personal favorite is Streamyard!
Yes. Digital goods (including streaming services) are subject to transactional taxes in most countries. We collect and pay taxes within the corresponding jurisdictions.
Yes, but do have legal limitations regarding ticket selling. Currently, these are the only countries permitted to sell tickets on Cinenso: United States, Canada, 26 EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Malaysia.
